Quick Recap: #Crasikawa Wedding in Napa, CA on Halloween

I absolutely love Halloween and when Lyssa and Jason's wedding invitations showed up in the mail, I knew this was going to be an incredible event. Jason and Lyssa are both such creative and original people with strong passions for the outdoors, writing, and the arts, that it was obvious that they were going to put a lot of love into their wedding, so I was thrilled from the moment she reached out to see if I'd be willing to do the flowers.

The wedding took place on a vineyard in Napa complete with a "party barn," some vineyard spaces for overnight campers, and houses for the family and bridal parties. The property was absolutely incredible—the perfect blend of unpretentious beauty and outdoor whimsy with a touch of a dark, twisted accents.

For flowers, Lyssa wanted to keep things simple, so we opted for an ensemble cast of wildflower bouquets and boutonnieres  for the bridal party with some of Lyssa's vintage bottles filled with wildflowers to decorate the dining tables.

With the help of my good friend, Bri Sturgess of Loverbee Botany, we constructed all of the bouquets and boutonnieres in San Francisco, and I drove out to Napa the day of the wedding.

As expected, everything was beautiful. Every detail seemed incredibly personal and honed in perfectly to compliment the bride and groom, who they are as individuals, and what makes them so perfect together. It was an honor to be able to be a part of it.
